About This Trial
Light chain amyloidosis (AL amyloidosis) is a rare plasma cell dyscrasia characterized by the deposition of insoluble amyloid fibrils in multiple organ systems. The treatment of amyloidosis primarily relies on anti-plasma cell therapy and supportive care.
