Inclusion Criteria:
* Being aged 18 or over.
* Smoking at least 10 cigarettes per day.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Being currently receiving other psychological or pharmacological treatment for smoking cessation.
* Being diagnosed with substance use disorder or severe psychiatric disorder.
