Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for Yup'ik Alaska Native adults who live in a participating community. Participants will attend workshops that promote healthy eating and active living to help reduce heart disease risk.

You may be able to join if

  • I self-identify as Yup'ik Alaska Native.
  • I live in a participating Yup'ik community.
  • I do not plan to move out of the community for the next 24 months.
  • I am 18 years of age or older.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am currently pregnant.
  • I anticipate moving out of the community in the next 24 months.
  • I am under 18 years of age.
  • I participated in the pilot intervention.
