Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for children with high-risk neuroblastoma who have not responded to standard treatments. Participants will receive a new type of therapy using natural killer cells from umbilical cord blood to help fight their cancer.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am 18 years old or younger.
  • I have been diagnosed with high-risk, recurrent neuroblastoma.
  • I have completed prior cancer treatments and have recovered from their side effects.
  • I have a physical status score of at least 50.
  • I agree to participate in the trial and have signed a consent form.
  • I am expected to live for at least 12 more weeks.
  • I will be able to attend outpatient treatments and visits.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have active brain metastases or severe brain symptoms.
  • I have serious heart problems or heart failure.
  • I have active infections that need treatment.
  • I have a bleeding disorder.
  • I had major surgery or severe injuries in the last 4 weeks.
  • I am currently using system-wide hormone or immunosuppressive therapies.
  • I have a history of substance abuse or mental disorders that affect my ability to participate.
  • I participated in another cancer drug trial within the last 4 weeks.

Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumor, with more than half of the patients diagnosed at the metastatic stage, classified as high-risk. High-risk neuroblastoma has a poor prognosis and low survival rate.
