This trial is looking for adults with stage III or IV cancer to participate in research using a blood test to help understand how well they might respond to certain cancer treatments. Participants will need to follow specific requirements and provide consent to join.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years of age or older
- I have stage III or IV cancer
- My doctor has selected me for the Episwitch CiRT® test
- I can understand and provide written consent
- I am clinically eligible for immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy
- I have an ECOG performance status of 2 or less
- I am willing to comply with study requirements
You may not be able to join if
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding
- I have a history of bone marrow or organ transplant
- I have a contraindication for immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy
