Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Care in the rehabilitation unit of Hospital in Valenciennes, France
* Patient with a planned stay of 7 days or more
* Patient on chronic treatment before admission to hospital ;
* Patients taking their treatment alone at home;
