Inclusion Criteria:
* Preterm neonates receiving NIRS
* whose gestational ages ranges between 30 and 37 weeks, and both genders
Exclusion Criteria:
* all preterm neonates not receiving NIRS,
* have prior nasal trauma caused by tracheal intubation
