This trial is looking for adults with a specific type of tooth issue to see how high magnification affects their recovery and quality of life after surgery. Participants will have their teeth treated with a special technique under magnification.
You may be able to join if
- I am between 18 and 55 years old
- I have persistent symptoms related to apical periodontitis
- I have evidence of a periapical radiolucency that is 5 mm or larger
- I have a tooth that cannot be fixed with non-surgical methods
- I am classified as ASA-1 by the American Society of Anesthesiologists
You may not be able to join if
- I have diabetes mellitus
- I have uncontrolled hypertension grade III
- I have liver or kidney disease
- I have a bleeding disorder
- I am pregnant
