Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 18-90 years old
* Femoro-tibial osteoarthritis Kellgren stage stage≥ 2 without laxity in extension;
* A proposal of total knee replacement by a surgeon;
* No corticosteroid joint injection within 3 months;
