Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age ≥18 years.
2. Ischemic time ≤6 hours from symptom onset
3. Acute anterior ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction
4. Infarct-related left anterior descending coronary artery TIMI flow grade 2-3 at the end of PCI
