This trial is looking for adults with repaired tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF) to test a medication called dapagliflozin. Participants will help research ways to enhance heart and lung health for those with this condition.

You may be able to join if

  • I have repaired tetralogy of Fallot.
  • I am 18 years old or older.
  • I agree to participate and provide written consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.
  • I have planned surgery in the next 3 months.
  • I have chronic kidney disease stages 4 to 5.
  • I cannot perform a cardiopulmonary test.
  • I have used SGLT2 inhibitors in the last 6 months.
  • I am allergic to SGLT2 inhibitors.
  • I have a history of diabetic ketoacidosis.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
