Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for women aged 18 and older with persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer who cannot receive surgery or radiation. Participants will take a low dose of pembrolizumab along with chemotherapy.

You may be able to join if

  • I am a woman aged 18 or older.
  • I have persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer.
  • I have a specific protein expression (PD-L1 CPS ≥ 1).
  • I have not had chemotherapy before.
  • I am not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I can provide written consent for the study.
  • I have measurable disease according to study criteria.
  • I have adequate organ function based on lab tests.

You may not be able to join if

  • I had a positive pregnancy test before starting the trial.
  • I have active central nervous system cancer.
  • I have another cancer diagnosis in the past 3 years.
  • I have an immunodeficiency or take certain steroids.
  • I have an active autoimmune disease that needed treatment in the past 2 years.
  • I have a history of severe lung inflammation requiring steroids.
  • I have an active infection that needs treatment.
  • I have been diagnosed with HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or tuberculosis.
