Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with recurrent clear cell gynecologic cancer, such as ovarian or endometrial cancer. Participants will take a study drug called Belzutifan to see how well it works and what side effects it has.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with recurrent clear cell carcinoma of the ovary or another gynecologic origin.
  • I have measurable disease that can be assessed.
  • I have received at least one prior platinum-based chemotherapy.
  • I have good organ function.
  • I can take medications by mouth.
  • I can understand and sign a consent form.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have already taken Belzutifan or another HIF-2a inhibitor.
  • I have a pulse oximeter reading below 92% at rest.
  • I have received cancer treatment within the last 4 weeks.
  • I have had recent radiation therapy.
  • I require chronic oxygen support.
  • I use herbal supplements, including cannabis or St. John's wort.
  • I need medications that affect liver enzymes.
  • I have known brain metastases that are not stable.
