Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have had a relapse after prior treatment. Participants will receive radiotherapy followed by two medications, durvalumab and ceralasertib, to see if this approach helps manage their cancer.

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has come back.
  • I can sign and provide informed consent.
  • I weigh more than 30 kg.
  • I have been on durvalumab for at least 3 months.
  • My overall health status is between 0 and 2 on the ECOG scale.
  • I have had measurable disease according to specific criteria.
  • It has been more than 12 months since my last radiotherapy.

You may not be able to join if

  • I stopped durvalumab due to disease progression within the last 12 months.
  • I have had serious side effects from previous cancer treatments.
  • I have more than 3 metastatic lesions in my body.
  • I have unresolved health issues from past treatments.
  • I have an autoimmune or inflammatory disorder that is active.
  • I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have serious heart or lung conditions.
  • I have had major surgery within the last 28 days.

About This Trial

Aim of this phase 2 study is to explore the safety and efficacy of thoracic re-irradiation +/- SBRT to oligometastases (\<3) followed after an interval of 2 weeks by durvalumab and ceralasertib for patients with thoracic relapses +/- oligometastases after PACIFIC or PACIFIC-like (concurrent or sequential chemo-radiotherapy followed by maintenance durvalumab) regimens.
