This trial is looking for healthy young men aged 18 to 35. Participants will follow a special diet for 10 days to see how it affects muscle growth and metabolism.

  • I am male
  • I am between 18 and 35 years old
  • My BMI is between 22 and 30
  • I do not smoke
  • I can give my informed consent

You may not be able to join if

  • I participate in a structured exercise program
  • I smoke
  • I have digestive tract disorders
  • I have musculoskeletal disorders
  • I have metabolic disorders like diabetes
  • I have heart disease
  • I have high blood pressure
  • I have any intolerance to the foods in the study diet
