This trial is looking for patients with certain autoimmune diseases that have not responded well to standard treatments. Participants will receive a specific type of treatment using modified immune cells to see if it helps their condition.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 3 and 65 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus.
  • I have refractory systemic lupus erythematosus or lupus nephritis.
  • I have been treated with steroid medication and other immunosuppressive drugs but my condition did not improve.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have other serious medical conditions that could interfere with the trial.
  • I am currently taking certain medications that might be excluded, such as high-dose glucocorticoids.
