This trial is looking for patients needing dental implants due to bone loss in the upper jaw. Participants will undergo a procedure to lift the sinus and improve bone support for implants.
You may be able to join if
- I have missing teeth in the upper jaw with less than 5mm of bone height.
- I am in good health and free from serious medical issues.
- I have enough space in my mouth for the dental implants.
- I maintain good oral hygiene.
- I can commit to a 6-month follow-up.
You may not be able to join if
- I smoke.
- I am pregnant.
- I have a medical condition that prevents surgery.
- I take medications that can affect healing.
- I have habits like heavy drinking that could harm the implant.
- I have chronic sinus disease.

First group will be subjected to open sinus lifting using autogenous bone mixed with bone marrow aspirate concentrate cells from maxillary tuberosity and the second group will be subjected to open sinus lifting using autogenous bone mixed with bovine bone
