About This Trial
This pilot clinical study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy in treating severe, refractory systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), an autoimmune disease driven by autoreactive B-cells.
