This trial is looking for women over 18 who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Participants will receive either dapagliflozin or a placebo for 9 months to see how it affects heart health during chemotherapy.

  • I am a female
  • I am over 18 years old
  • I have breast cancer
  • I am receiving chemotherapy with a specific doxorubicin dose

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a pacemaker or defibrillator
  • I cannot have a CMR exam due to medical devices
  • I am claustrophobic and can't undergo CMR
  • I have kidney failure with low filtration rate
  • I have had a heart attack or heart surgery before
  • I have significant heart valve disease
  • I have a history of heart muscle diseases
