Inclusion Criteria:
* • Age \> 18 years
* BMI \> 30 Kg/m2
* In primary prevention for cardiovascular disease
* Ability to communicate, make themselves understood and adhere to study-specific procedures
* Willingness to participate in the study and obtain informed consent
