Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years
* Diagnosis of venous thrombosis at any site
* Diagnosis of CVC-related venous thrombosis
* Diagnosis of pulmonary embolism, both symptomatic and incidental
* Diagnosis of solid or hematological neoplasm, either under treatment or active
