- I am undergoing orthognathic surgery.
- I am 18 years old or older.
- I have had preoperative teleradiography.
- I have had a preoperative orthopantomography.
- I have given informed consent.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a cleft lip or palate.
- I have facial malformations or syndromes.
- I have had Medpor prostheses applied.
- I have undergone lipofilling or fillers.
- I have had volumetric facial augmentations.

* Patients undergoing orthognathic surgery and preoperative radiographic study with CBCT and MRI
* Patients with age \> or = 18 years old
* Obtaining informed consent
* Patients with preoperative teleradiography and orthopantomography
