This trial is looking for adults who need jaw surgery to correct alignment problems. Participants will have imaging tests like CBCT and MRI as part of their treatment preparation.

I am undergoing orthognathic surgery.
I am 18 years old or older.
I have had preoperative teleradiography.
I have had a preoperative orthopantomography.
I have given informed consent.
You may not be able to join if
I have a cleft lip or palate.
I have facial malformations or syndromes.
I have had Medpor prostheses applied.
I have undergone lipofilling or fillers.
I have had volumetric facial augmentations.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients undergoing orthognathic surgery and preoperative radiographic study with CBCT and MRI
* Patients with age \> or = 18 years old
* Obtaining informed consent
* Patients with preoperative teleradiography and orthopantomography

* Patients undergoing orthognathic surgery and preoperative radiographic study with CBCT and MRI
* Patients with age \> or = 18 years old
* Obtaining informed consent
* Patients with preoperative teleradiography and orthopantomography
Exclusion Criteria:
* patients with cleft lip-palate, facial malformations and/or syndromes (syndromes with involvement of the cephalic extremity, such as sd of Apert. Cropuzon, Ofeiffer, Treacher Collins)
* patients who have undergone application of Medpor prostheses or who have undergone ancillary procedures (lipofilling, fillers, volumetric facial augmentations with insertion of polyethylene ketone prostheses)
