This trial is looking for obese males who have issues with sexual function and experience ringing in the ears for at least 24 weeks. Participants will engage in lifestyle changes to address these problems.

  • I am obese.
  • I have a body mass index between 30 and 40.
  • I am male.
  • I have subjective tinnitus for at least 24 weeks.
  • I have sexual dysfunction for at least 24 weeks.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a heart condition.
  • I have a respiratory condition.
  • I have a liver condition.
  • I have a musculoskeletal condition.
  • I have diabetes.
