Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults aged 18 to 70 with relapsed or hard-to-treat B-cell lymphoma. Participants will receive a type of cancer treatment called CAR-T cell therapy after liver and kidney function tests, among other health checks.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 70 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma.
  • I have CD19 expression confirmed from tests.
  • I have at least one measurable lesion.
  • My expected survival time is over 12 weeks.
  • I have a good performance status (ECOG score 0-1).
  • I am recovered from previous treatment side effects.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had central nervous system diseases unrelated to my cancer.
  • I received chemotherapy within 2 weeks before the trial.
  • I participated in another clinical trial in the last 30 days.
  • I have active hepatitis B or C.
  • I am HIV positive.
  • I have uncontrolled acute infections.
  • I have had unstable angina or a heart attack in the past 6 months.
  • I have had other cancers recently, unless they were small skin cancers.
