This trial is looking for adult patients who have infections caused by certain resistant bacteria. Participants will receive either a combination of two medications or one of them alone for at least 48 hours.
You may be able to join if
- I am at least 18 years old
- I have signed the informed consent
- I have a confirmed infection caused by carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales
- I have been treated for at least 48 hours with CAZ/AVI or CAZ/AVI plus FOS
You may not be able to join if
- I have a mixed infection with other types of bacteria, unless they are also susceptible to the study drugs
