This trial is looking for children and adolescents who have recently been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Participants will help researchers find out what factors can help doctors provide better treatment early on.

You may be able to join if
- I am 14 years old or younger at the time of my Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis.
- I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes between January 2014 and December 2018.
- I have had at least 1 year of follow-up after my diagnosis.
- My parents or legal guardian have given consent for me to participate.
You may not be able to join if
- I have diabetes other than Type 1.
- I was treated at a different center when I was diagnosed.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≤ 14 years at the time of diagnosis of type 1 diabetes;
* Diagnosis of type 1 diabetes confirmed between January 2014 and December 2018 at the Pediatrics Unit of the IRCCS Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria of Bologna, Italy;
