Inclusion Criteria:
* Locally advanced rectal cancer(cT3-4, or cN+), resectable, histologically confirmed rectal adenocarcinoma
* Received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery
* Complete radical resection of rectal cancer and postoperative pathological examination
