About This Trial
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of dual-task training on balance, exercise capacity, cognitive function, and quality of life in individuals with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Being followed up with a diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus for at least 6 months (fasting plasma glucose of 7.0 mmol/L or higher)
* Not having participated in any structured exercise program for at least 6 months prior.
* Being willing to volunteer for the study
