Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Learners from the National Learning Service (SENA).
* First time taking the work at heights training course.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Experience in working at heights.
* Health conditions that prevent performing both the IVR training and work at heights.
