Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years.
* Both sexes.
* Patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD).
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of thyroid disease or treatment (e.g., thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, hypothyroidism, and hyperthyroidism).
