This is a mechanistic randomized controlled trial of patients with chronic neuropathic pain (CNP) in the upper extremities, lower back, pelvis, and lower extremities, randomized to conventional medical management (CMM) or combined CMM and peripheral nerve stimulation therapy (PNS+CMM).
