Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for children aged 2 to 17 with juvenile psoriatic arthritis (JPsA) who are having trouble with current treatments. Participants will receive multiple doses of a medication called secukinumab to see how well it works and if it is safe.

Must be taking Methotrexate
Must not be taking Non-biologic DMARD
Rules you out Active inflammatory bowel diseaseActive uveitis

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 2 and 17 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with juvenile psoriatic arthritis.
  • My JPsA has been active with multiple swollen or painful joints.
  • I have not responded well to other arthritis medications.
  • I have a parent or legal representative who can give consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I weigh less than 10 kg.
  • I have taken other investigational drugs recently.
  • I have allergies to secukinumab or similar drugs.
  • I have active inflammatory bowel disease or uveitis.
  • I do not meet the criteria for juvenile psoriatic arthritis.
  • I am using prohibited medications.
