The goal of this observational longitudinal study is to investigate characteristics and factors associated with the development of Severe and Enduring Eating Disorders (SEED). Inclusion criteria:
* found to meet the criteria for an eating disorder
* being in need of treatment
* having provided written informed consent (for minors, this includes consent from all caregivers and the minors themselves).
