Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years;
* Moderate to severe intracranial or extracranial arterial stenosis (stenosis degree: 50% to 99%, confirmed by CTA, MRA, or DSA);
* Written informed consent signed by the patient or their legal representative.
