Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Hospitalized (inpatient or ICU)
* 18 years or older
* Hypoxemic respiratory failure: S/F\<250
* Not yet intubated
Exclusion Criteria:
* Do not intubate order
* Presence of tracheostomy
