Inclusion Criteria:
* Obese patients qualified for bariatric surgery.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients who have absolute contraindications to spirometry testing, i.e:
* with aneurysms of the aorta or cerebral arteries threatening to rupture, after recent vascular surgery
