Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
-Patients, undergoing head\&neck surgery, who have at least 3 of the following criteria (to establish "a priori" increased risk of POD):
* Age\> 70;
* Male sex; or ASA III;
* Smoker;
* High blood pressure;
