Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Participants will undergo tests on their tumor tissue to help determine the best personalized treatment options.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with extensive stage small cell lung cancer.
  • I have not received immunotherapy treatments, except for durvalumab.
  • I have completed 1 to 3 cycles of platinum and etoposide.
  • I am able to safely receive patients treatment with platinum, etoposide, and durvalumab.
  • I have adequate tumor tissue available for testing.
  • I have fully recovered from previous surgery within the last 28 days.
  • I can provide informed consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a prior or concurrent cancer that could affect treatment.
  • I have a history of limited stage small cell lung cancer.
  • I have unresolved significant toxicity from previous cancer treatments.
  • I have received any investigational treatments for extensive stage small cell lung cancer.
  • I am currently pregnant or nursing.
  • I have medical reasons that prevent me from receiving immunotherapy.
  • I have had an organ transplant.
  • I am planning to receive other cancer treatments while in this study.
