Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer. Participants will receive a treatment called UGN-104 through a procedure in their upper urinary tract.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I have low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer.
  • I have at least one tumor that is 15 mm or smaller.
  • I have a biopsy showing low-grade urothelial carcinoma.
  • I am capable of providing informed consent.
  • I have good organ function based on lab tests.
  • I do not have a current urinary tract infection.
  • I can meet contraception requirements if applicable.
  • I have a life expectancy of more than 24 months.

You may not be able to join if

  • I received BCG treatment for cancer in the last 6 months.
  • I have untreated cancer in other parts of my urinary tract.
  • I have a history of invasive urinary cancer in the last 5 years.
  • I am currently being treated with chemotherapy.
  • I have a known allergy to any part of the study treatment.
  • I have a bleeding disorder.
  • I was treated with JELMYTO for cancer in the past.
  • I am pregnant or planning to become pregnant.

About This Trial

This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of UGN-104, a new formulation of UGN-101 (approved in the United States and Israel as JELMYTO \[mitomycin\] for pyelocalyceal solution), instilled in the upper urinary tract (UUT) of patients with low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer (LG-UTUC).
