* ARDS DIAGNOSIS
* IMV
Exclusion Criteria:
* Age under 18 years
* Pregnancy status
* Lack of consent to participate in the study
* Contraindications to fiberoptic bronchoscopy and/or BAL (bronchoalveolar lavage)
* Patients with chronic inflammatory skin conditions
