Inclusion Criteria: * Patients aged 18 years or older * With a systemic autoimmune disease : rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, primary Sjogren disease, sarcoidosis, vasculitis, myositis, Still disease, Sharp syndrome. * Suffering from dysphonia. * With a cord v…
