This trial is looking for children aged 10 to 17 who are scheduled for scoliosis surgery. Participants will receive different types of treatments to help manage their pain and reduce inflammation during and after the surgery.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 10 and 17 years old
  • I am scheduled for idiopathic scoliosis surgery

You may not be able to join if

  • I have an infection at the site of the procedure
  • I have a blood clotting disorder
  • I have a weakened immune system
  • I have a physical status of IV or higher according to ASA
  • I regularly take steroid medications
