Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* 1\. Age ≥18 years old, gender unlimited;
* 2\. Abnormal B cell immunotyping was CD19 positive;
* 3\. Patients diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia by histological or immunotyping;
