Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years
* Urethral stricture recurrence after at least one internal urethrotomy or dilatation
* Penile or bulbar stricture
* Length of stricture ≤ 2 cm
* Eligible for open urethroplasty
* Able to give informed consent
