Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Non-bedridden patients aged 18-90 years;
* Histologically confirmed gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma by biopsy;
* Evaluated as resectable advanced gastric cancer via CT, MRI, or laparoscopic exploration;
