This trial is looking for adults with a certain blood condition called immune thrombocytopenia who have not responded to previous treatments. Participants will receive a new treatment called CM336 and will be monitored for its effects.

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with immune thrombocytopenia.
  • I have not responded to glucocorticoid therapy.
  • My platelet count is below 30.
  • I have a stable health condition.
  • I understand the study and have signed consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have received anti-BCMA antibody treatment.
  • I have autoimmune hemolytic anemia.
  • I have had any blood clotting events in the last year.
  • I am using anticoagulants or drugs like aspirin.
  • I had splenectomy surgery in the last 6 months.
  • I received a live vaccine in the last 4 weeks.
  • I have serious health issues that affect my ability to participate.
  • I am pregnant, breastfeeding, or think I might be pregnant.
