Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients who have been waiting over 3 years for a kidney transplant and have high levels of antibodies. Participants will receive treatment to help reduce these antibodies to improve their chances of getting a transplant.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 65 years old.
  • I have chronic kidney disease and am on dialysis.
  • I am on the waiting list for a kidney transplant from a deceased donor.
  • I have not received a compatible transplant offer in the last 3 years.
  • I have a cPRA of more than 97%.
  • I have positive IgG tests for Cytomegalovirus and Epstein Barr.
  • I am a woman of childbearing potential and have a negative pregnancy test.
  • I have received vaccinations for tetanus, influenza, pneumococcus, and herpes zoster.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a current infection or other serious disease.
  • I have had any infection that required hospital treatment in the last month.
  • I have a history of tuberculosis.
  • I have had cancer in the last 5 years, except for certain skin cancers.
  • I have used alcohol, drugs, or chemicals in the last year.
  • I have low white or platelet blood cell counts in the last month.
  • I have had severe allergic reactions to specific antibodies.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.

About This Trial
