  • I have been diagnosed with lipedema
  • I have lipedema stage 1, 2, or 3

  • I have a serious heart, lung, or nerve condition that prevents me from exercising
  • I have a history of cancer or surgery that may affect my circulation
  • I have had liposuction or orthopedic surgery in the last year
  • I cannot move around on my own

Lipedema is a chronic progressive disease characterized by symmetrical, disproportionate swelling of subcutaneous adipose tissue, which is common in women and mostly seen in the lower extremities and to a lesser extent in the upper extremities.
