This trial is looking for pregnant women who are nervous about childbirth. Participants will try techniques that help reduce their fear and anxiety during labor.

You may be able to join if

  • I am pregnant with my first child.
  • I am between 32 and 38 weeks along.
  • I have a single, healthy baby.
  • I do not have any psychiatric disorders.
  • I do not have any obstetric complications.
  • I do not have problems communicating verbally.
  • I do not have scar tissue that would prevent touch at the EFT points.

You may not be able to join if

  • I do not want to continue with the research.
  • I am in early labor.
