This trial is looking for adults with type 2 diabetes who are on insulin therapy and use a smartphone. Participants will use an app and messaging to help manage their diabetes over 12 months.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years or older.
- I have type 2 diabetes.
- I am on insulin therapy.
- I have been a Medicaid recipient.
- I have an A1C over 7 in the last year.
- I have an A1C over 7 at the start of the study.
- I have owned and used a smartphone for at least 6 months.
- I can read text messages on my smartphone.
You may not be able to join if
- I am pregnant.
- I have a cognitive impairment.
